Before you write in

Guests say the QR code doesn't work. Check the sign is for the right event, and that the event hasn't expired — one-off events last 24 hours. Any phone camera works; there's no app to install.

No chime on the dashboard. Browsers won't play sound until you interact with the page. Tap "Turn on alerts" once and leave the tab open.

A co-host can't get in. They need to sign in with the exact address you added. Check the spelling in the Edit panel.

The sign-in email hasn't arrived. Check spam. Links expire after 15 minutes and work once — request a fresh one if in doubt.

The colour blocks print white. Switch on "Background graphics" in your print dialog, or pick one of the lighter sign designs.
