What you get
A chime, not a notification you'll miss
The dashboard checks every five seconds and plays a real doorbell sound, fires a browser notification, and buzzes on phones. It holds a wake lock too, so a propped-up laptop doesn't sleep through the party.
Ask anything at the door
Pizza order, party size, parking, accessibility needs, "first time here?". Multiple choice, yes/no, or short answer — and you can change the questions mid-event.
A running tally
Answers are counted as guests arrive, so the pizza order adds itself up instead of you doing it on a napkin.
Co-hosts
Add anyone by email and the dashboard opens on their phone too, so whoever is nearest the door can answer it.
Standing events
Running something monthly? Keep one code and one printed sign forever. The guest list clears itself between sessions and past sessions are kept as counts only.
Guests fix their own answers
Changed their mind about the pizza on the way up? They can update it themselves, and your tally follows.
Why you might need it
- A locked lobby. Office buildings, secure apartments, co-working spaces — anywhere guests can't walk straight in and the buzzer is broken or unmanned.
- You're hosting and doing everything else. Presenting, cooking, mid-conversation. Someone else can watch the dashboard and go down.

What happens to the data
A guest's name and answers live only as long as the event: one-off events delete themselves 24 hours after they're created, and standing events clear their guest list between sessions. Past sessions are kept as counts only — never names, and free-text answers collapse to "3 answered" rather than what anyone wrote. The only thing kept about you is your email address and the list of events you own. The privacy policy is short and worth the minute.
